We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. In the unfortunate event that a coral arrives dead on arrival you must send a clear picture within 1 hour of the first FedEx delivery attempt. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays but will work with you to try to make things right. Please be aware of shipping conditions in your area.
